sagging front end

hi,
Apparently, after a few years, the front end of most liberty's will sag.My 09 has dropped and it drives me nuts. Also,on slow driven turns, there is too much side to side sway.Has anybody else experienced this condition and what are possible solutions. Thanks in advance for any reply.

Yes same with KJs , I've seen ones with 75,000 that have sagged over 1.5 inches. Springs are weak and only rated at 310 lb.
Time to upgrade to either OME or Ironman. OME 927s are rated at 400 lb for example so not only give you some lift, but also will last longer, ride WAY better, handle better on and off road. Will remove all or most all of the nose diving when braking.

Is there anyway to tell if your springs are sagging? I bought my 09 Jeep last June so I wouldn't know if it's been sagging. If I can prove that they are sagging considerably.. Wouldn't this be an item fixed under warranty?

Warranty ??
Wear item , all coil and leaf springs sag.
KJs/KKs all have weak springs to begin with so best to replace
To know how much measure from middle of wheel to bottom of flare
new KKs were around 18 inches / KJs 19 inches

I wasn't sure if it was considered a wear item or not.

Thanks, I'll measure when I get a moment, but I think i'm probably okay. One day when it has sagged it'll be an excuse to get the lift!

They all sag just depends on how soon. I replaced my whole suspension at 20,000 miles, and so glad I did. I've actually replaced my suspension on a Ford pickup I bought new 3 days later, hate stock suspension and the way it rides , doesn't make any difference the model/brand etc

I just bought a 2011 and I can't believe just how soft the spring feel is. I hardly bounce when I go over a speed bump to fast. I'd like to get it out on a couple of trails I know and see how it feels. It does really feel as if they need to be replaced with something stiffer. I have always had 4x4's since I bought my '70 FJ55 Landcruiser new. Gawd,I loved that rig.We drove it for 16 years till the #2 son rolled it clear over and drove it 18 miles home. They just don't make them like that anymore. My next favorite was my '94 Cherokee sport and all I did to that was a couple of sizes larger tires and a set of heavy duty shocks.

Every KJ I've done the people say they wished they had of lifted sooner, so its the best thing you can do to a KJ or KK . Upgrade to heavier coils and better shocks does way more than just provide lift

Replaced my stock suspension with OME springs and bilstein shocks. I went heavy duty all around, and let me tell you that sure it might be stiffer(not bad, just firm) on the road, but offroad it's a dream. When stock I was tossed around because of the soft springs, now it feels much smoother.
