Reverse won't Reverse

I have a 2008 Jeep Liberty Sport
75k miles

When I put the vehicle in Reverse nothing happens but the engine revs up.
Drive and 4wd work fine.
The console shows I'm in Reverse [R], all the low gears work but not reverse
Any suggestions would help.

Thanks
Tim

drive it to the dealer, that's covered under the lifetime powertrain warranty.
(just make sure when you drive it to the dealer, you don't have to go in reverse)... 78K on a '08.... breaking it in I see
