Really Bad Thud/Pop from Steering Rack Area

So basically i have a ridiculously bad thud/ pop noise coming from near the driver side of the my Jeep. This at first only happened when i was stopped and it happened once in a while, but now it is happening at all speeds, stopped, you name it. I got underneath while someone turn the wheel back and forth and the popping noise is coming from above the engine skid plate like its the steering rack. If i place a hand on the outer tie rod while the wheel is being turned back and forth you can feel clicking kinda. If i place a hand on the UCA or Stabalizer link i feel nothing so its got to do with the steering rack/ Tie Rods. Also when at full lock, the steering growns Any ideas?

Does the power steering fluid need to be checked with the vehicle off or on?

You'll want to check your power steering fluid with the engine turned off. As for your clunking noise what I would do is pull the wheel off, remove the strut and UCA. Check for anything obvious like a loose bolt. Then re-install the UCA and the strut and make sure everything is really tight. Then see if the noise went away. I'm no expert, but that's what I would do.

Dealer says they found the problem. The Camber bolts were loose and they were sliding around. I had an alignment done like a month ago so looks like i will be going back to the alignment shop to find out why they werent tightened properly and to argue over the 106.00 the dealer charged me for 1 hour of labor. Anyway, which bolts are the camber bolts? The LCA bolts?
