Ready for new tires-Nitto Terra Grappler vs. Hankook Dynapro ATM?

Making my final decision on 2 types of tires that have a a very similar tread pattern.
I would like to go with 245/70/16's on my 2010 Liberty. According to other postings, they should fit fine without lifts and no rubbing.
Anyone have any thoughts on the Nitto's. There are great reviews of the Hankooks here on the threads. I just saw some Nitto's today and had not heard of them. I would like to go larger to 245/75/16 but not sure if the Nitto's would rub.
Thanks! Jeff

Both are awesome and I'd just go with the best deal.

I don't know about the particular size you're planning to use as far as rubbing so maybe someone else will chime in on that.

With the Nittos make sure you check the load rating. Sometimes those terra grapplers are a "p" load range. I don't think the KK is gonna be too heavy for them - but if you get into any offroad stuff, or hauling/towing it's something to think about. Also, I know others are fitting the 245's without rubbing but I don't know if that includes during any flex of the suspension or just simply sitting flat and turning lock to lock.

I personally just put 245/75's on my 2011 and I couldn't be happier. I was out cruising severely snowed up mountain seasonal roads and never really had to drop it into 4x4. Traction is good, handling is good, and they are not to loud on the road.

The Falken WildPeak A/T is also a good tire if they have your size.

I forgot to mention that they were the Hankook's. Great tires.

Did you get 17's? I am looking for fitment on 17 inch rims. Curious how that size fits.

Yes I ordered them but they haven't arrived as of yet. I backed off of the 245's and ordered 235 65 17 tires and 17 x 7.5 wheels.

I initially was going to order 8.5 inch wide wheels but was worried that they along with 245's would be too wide for a stock height Liberty.

Since the 235 65 17 comes standard on the Limited Liberty's I foresee no issues with fit.

What size wheels are you running and any lift?
