PLZ Help, Problem with Irregularity after starting - 2008 KK

Dears,
I have KK 2008 Limited Edition,

The Problem
After starting the engine normally, 30 Sec later, Irregularity took place in the engine (during the instability SOMETIMES the check engine indicator light is appear and disappear if I didn't push the accelerator pedal ),

After that the engine get stable and it working normally till you switch off the engine and the check engine indicator still appear.

I Did the following
1) Replaced the fuel pump's filter inside the fuel tank.
2) Opened the Nozzles injectors and check and clean it, its working properly.
3) Replaced the 6 spark plug with new recommended one.
4) Did many computer checks to the car without get a clear error in any sensor, except the O2 sensors (slow response) and this fault is common here in Iraq since we use very bad quality Fuel).

And one of the Guys working in Jeep dealer told me that the problem is with the Fuel Evaporator which located under the back bumper.

I'm really get confused, and I need your help especially who have experience in this issue

There are several codes for slow response, plus each code tells us which O2 sensor circuit is involved. There are 4 O2 sensors so knowing the code will tell us which sensor circuit to look at.Here are cause of slow response:

Exhaust leak present in the exhaust manifold or exhaust pipes
O2 signal circuit or upstream or downstream circuit has failed
O2 element has failed

If your code said slow response, then yes,but the wiring should be checked out first, check for exhaust leak, then the O2 sensor.Like I said before the code will tell you which sensor circuit to check. If you knew the code,I can tell you which sensor circuit is giving you the problem.
