plastic piece on driver's seat broken

I'm not sure if it was like this when I bought it, but I noticed today that the plastic panel on the side of my driver's seat was loose. It's the piece where the power adjustment and the recliner handle are located. I looked underneath and saw that all of the crappy plastic bits that snap into the metal brackets are broken off. It looked like there was 3 of them. I tried to superglue the tabs back on but the panel came off again right away under it's own weight. I know I can probably get it replaced at the stealership but I doubt it's worth the price. Has anyone else had this problem?

I haven't personally had this happen but I have seen it happen.

It might be happening to mine too sooner or later because I have a tendency to roll out of the Jeep after work. (Tired!)

I was actually talking about the larger piece that is forward of that (runs the length of the entire side) anyone know how much that piece runs?
