pcv valve?

Does anyone have a pic of where the pcv valve is on our KK's? I was also wondering if there was a way to check to see if its functioning correctly? At what mileage are you guys changing them at. I'm trying to get my 08 libby at peak performance, I just bought it in May.

2011 KK:

It's on driver side, just aft of the fuel rail, redish colored ring around it:

I changed the one in our WK at about 55 or 60K miles.

Only way to really test it is to take it out and see that the valve mechanism is moving freely.

I changed mine the first week of buying mine at 35K miles.
I believe it was $20 by the way from the dealer.

OME lift
