Opinions on best roof rails and trailer hitch

I need opinions on the best roof rails to buy to accomodate possibly kayaks, bicylcles, nothing super heavy duty, but able to hold up well. Also is a drawtite hitch the best hitch to buy for hailing a future light load multi use trailer? again nothing too heavy. If you have any suggestions on either one I would appreciate.
Thanks

I just got the Mopar roof rails. The truck already had the luggage rack, but it was lacking the crossbeams. I installed them in about an hour (the process is straightforward bu tedious). They are made of a single piece of extruded aluminum that attach to adjustable boots. They are rated for 180 pounds apiece.

Sorry, I can't offer any insight into a hitch.

I called my Jeep dealership a few weeks ago inquiring about a hitch. They quoted me $700!!!! If you're going to go the Jeep route, buy the part yourself and install it. I would have done the same, but the wiring looked too confusing. There is another place in my town that installs hitches and I'm going to go through them for $350.

Hi,

I got a set of Thule roof racks. They came in a package deal for 235, rails and connectors. Check on line for the best deal. I got free shipping and no sales tax
