New owner

So i'm picking up an '08 Liberty tomorrow and was wondering is it possible to connect an aftermarket amp and sub to the stock head unit? Its currently in my ZJ, but I want set it up in the KK. Any info. and other advice is appreciated.

I remember doing this with my sony amp back in the day, my amp came with a small wiring harness that plugs into the back of the amp and the other end was a pigtail of 4 wires. 2 wires + and - for the right rear speaker and the other 2 for the left rear speaker and it just got its signal from there. For the amp remote turn on I hooked it to the cigarette lighter that comes on with the ignition.
