Need help identifying hardware on 08 fender

Earlier today I noticed that the fender flare on my rear passenger door was looking a little loose. When I opened the door, I noticed their seemed to be a clip missing at the very top where the fender attaches to the door, compared to the rear driver side.

The problem I am having, is that the top clips seem to be metal, while the rest are plastic. I've been looking online and cannot figure out what exactly I need to be looking for, because all I can find are listings for plastic clips.

This is what it looks like on the opposite door, but I don't know if that's a rivet, a clip, or what.
