NAPA Ceramic Brake Pads for Rear Wheels

Hi all. I've read good things about NAPA Adaptive One ceramic brake pads but I don't see them listed as options for rear pads when I search their site and filter by my 2008 KK (only semi-metallics for the rear but entire line for the front). Do they not exist for the KK or is it just a website issue? Anybody using them?

Also, does it really matter? Is it more important to use ceramics on the front and not to worry about the rear?

Thanks in advance!

I installed Wearever brake pads front and rear. Stops great, no squeals, and brake dust is normal.

OEM Both Semi-Metallic and Ceramic

Update:

According to my local NAPA store, the 2008 Liberty OE brakes are ceramic on the front and semi-metallic in the rear. I stuck with that configuration and ended up getting the NAPA Ultra-Premium semi-metallics for the rear with their Premium rotors. So far so good!
