Mopar trailer hitch wiring harness noise

So i put decided to take everyones advise and put the mopar hitch and harness on my jeep and after everything was installed and working i noticed while driving that when i hit my brake, a clicking noise comes from the black thing put in the drivers side tail light(i have no clue what it is) and it clicks with mh turn signal. Can someone please tell me what this thing is and why it is doing it. I cant find any info on it. Thanks
