locks will not lock but does unlock

My 09 liberty all 5 power locks will not power lock but does power unlock. The steering column lock stop locking and front windshield washer pump stop working at the same time. The front passenger lock latch I know has a bad actuator and a rear glass flipper code is active and won't go away. I am thinking the first three problems are related. Any ideas anyone?

I've got a similar problem with my locks, except the opposite. Its always after a long drive. All except the driver door won't unlock for a while. If I let it sit for 1/2 hr or so they all start working again.
I suspect its a relay going bad.
