Leather seats in '12 liberty

I have noticed that the passenger seat in my liberty sort of has a lump in the butt area after someone has been sitting in it for a while.. It is quite noticeable. It is best described as a big air pocket between the leather and the foam. I have never seen leather in a car do this before. My truck has 23000kms on it.. Would new seats be covered by the warranty? I can only imagine it getting worse.

When you get knee-deep in a situation, floor it.

Mine do it to. I think the seat covers are more vinyl than leather.
