KK voltage drops

I just bought my liberty and am new to jeeps in general. I'm starting my build and I've noticed with just some small additions (remote start, marine indash, and kc lights), that my voltage has been dropping pretty low. Its got a fresh alternator and battery. I'm wondering what a good go to brand for battery is (if thats even the problem)? I might go higher end on the alternator too because I'm planning a full audio system. So any suggestions would be awesome, thanks.

I did some research last year and found that optima batteries are no longer made by the same people and quality was sacrificed for profit. They seem to short between cells and in a couple cases caused a fire. I think the odyssey(?) was the battery if choice then. I'm pretty sure they also made one of the sears batteries too.
Try googling optima and see what comes up. If I remember correctly, I found a bunch of useful info like that.
