I too like the Limited wheels, not a big fan of chrome on a Jeep.

Anyone know anybody around NJ that does good work on these? I may lift it myself but with a newborn baby and a wife that works full time as well it may be hard to find the time.
The place that installed mine is called F/X Automotive. They are in Whitehouse Station, New Jersey.
Total was $500 I believe which included an alignment. I'd recommend them for sure.

Thanks for the info ... So just by looking around best case scenario would be around $1300 for OME lift and install. Thanks a lot for all of the help. I will post pics if/when it gets done!

Yup, a small price for what will become a much better, and more satisfying Jeep to drive.
If you need any more info, or want to see the lift in person, I'd be more than happy to meet up with ya.

The stiffer ride is worth it besides the lift. The squishy ride is annoying.

That's what I keep hearing. Now it's just a matter of time to save the money. How far from McGuire are you located? I would love to see it in person

Regarding the squishy ride, I don't feel like mine is squishy. It almost seems too firm or something because when I hit a bump at any sort of angle, it jostles me from side to side. To me that makes it seem like it's too hard if it can't absorb the bumps and rather it tosses the occupants around.

If I can get rid of the harshness of the ride of my KK with a lift I'll order one ASAP.

For the smell, I like this spray called Ozium you can pick up at Walmart or a smoke shop. They have a new car scent.
Spray heavily and make sure you spray it in your vents and turn recirculate on. She'll be smelling new in a matter of no time and for 5 bucks.
