Just an update on my KK. Plastidiped the rims, grille and headlight covers. Added Bugflector, In-channel VentVisors, Police scanner with glass mount antenna, Trailer hitch and wiring. More mods to come.

Dip the gas door. It'll look great. I did mine recently.

It'll look really sharp for you. It's subtle on my black KK, but still noticeable. Been thinking about making my tow hooks read to copy the look of the new Jeeps, but I love having an all black vehicle. Decisions decisions...

I did my tow hooks and the shackle on my receiver hitch red. It looks awesome on a black KK. I love it.

I will have to get you pics when I go home. Won't let me do it from my phone. Says file is too big. Does anyone else have that problem with iPhones and have tips for how to fix it?

Are you using the autoguide app? That works better for me with pics.

Member Poncherello finally parked his KK next to mine so I took a few pictures to seize the moment.

Lots of work done this week to my KK. I haven't done anything since the first month I bought it...

Upgrades you can't see are the underside skif plates from when I bought the jeep, philips xtreme vision bulbs in the headlights, new spark plugs, new diff oil, new oil change.

Will be doing the T-Case and Transmission oil soon too, I plan to buy the upgraded transmission pan to lower my fluid temps since the 42RLE auto is known to overheat on trails.

Added roof rack and 12" Black Box LED Bar up top:

Added the switches inside in that wierd little square holder box thingy next to the shifter:

Added a 12V plug in the trunk to power an inverter or charge a phone at a tailgate or camping, etc (always on direct to battery):

Removed the 'M' bolts from my tow hooks and replaced the 'M' bolts with the proper mounting plate bolts for the tow hooks, this involved removing the front bumper which sucked:

Also installed ambient interior red LED lights which turn on with the car and turn off when the ignition is off. They are also bypassed to one of the switches above so I can manually shut them off since they are bright sometimes:

I ordered a set of Bwoody Sway bar links too to help with the boy roll and dig of the KK's suspension so those will be here next week.

Looks good!! Needs more lift!!!!! lol Hope you're planning on 1 in time! The red leds are pretty cool. My mom's Traverse has something similar that lights up the cup holders. You don't even notice it's there until you look at the cup holders.

I know I want a lift bad, but I can't afford or justify the 800-1000 to do it right now because I only off-road like 5 times a year now lol The only way I could justify the lift is to make myself feel better when launching my boat at unimproved boat ramps where my KK likes to rub it's tummy on the rocks sometimes.
