Saw a new JK 100% Line-X'd at the dealership with after-market bumpers and lift done by 4WheelParts. It looks incredibly rugged, function before mall-fashion for this trail rig. Don't have to worry about custom pin striping the paint when offroading

Nice work Digger

^^^ If you have a rig that's "exclusively for off-roading" why drop the cash on lineX-ing the whole thing? Seems pointless. What difference does it make if it gets scratched? It can't be cheap to lineX a whole rig.

You know, I've thought the same thing many times. Another thing that I'll never understand is all this body protection. You have a nice painted body panel. In order to "protect" it you drill holes in it and cover it with a flat black panel. I guess it does make it stronger against dents but you've still drilled holes and completely covered it.

In my case, it was the cheapest way to fix the 3K in hail damage I had.

It was 1950 to do my rig. And I'll even tell you that I'd do it again!

Now that's a different story. Hail damage sucks and is so expensive to fix.
Still, though, if you're talking about a strictly trail rig - what's it matter if it's dinged up?

This my 2012 Jeep Liberty Sport, True Blue Pearl Coat, Dark Slate Gray, with the popular equipment package (Foglights, wheels, Goodyear Wrangler SR-A, Select-Trac 2, Remote start, and more). Just bought it 2/12/2012, brought it home yesterday. may do a few mods.

The dealership pictures, snowing to much to take my own. but soon.

Nice

Very nice, enjoy it. The $3k rebate makes it tempting, especially since JKs are out of control right now.
