I didnt have to buy anything else to make it work. I did upgrade to OME shocks and struts and got the bump stop extenders but I didnt like them so I ended up buying the extenders JBL sells. Also in the back it only uses spacers and original coil springs so I bought the JBL springs they sell. Doesnt sit close to 3 inches, maybe 2.5. Overall i'm satisfied but it took a long time to get there and more money then I expected. In the end I wish I got the JBA silver or higher and I wouldnt have spent so much time and stuff working out mistakes by RRO. In the end they fixed the problem but it took a lot longer then I would have liked to receive the replacement parts.

My tire are toyo open country mt. 245/75/16
