Just bought a 2011 Jeep Liberty...

I've just been searching around online for information on my new baby that I might find interesting...

Anything I should know?

Any good info sources/sites I should check out?

Any advice? This is my first new vehicle, had a blazer before...

There are probably some liberty-specific forums out there... but you can't beat this community, you found the best place to come :P. How are you enjoying it?

Loving it so far, driving it through some mostly flat dirt near some local hiking trails is giving me the itch to take it out to the desert lol

KK Forums = KK Information Sources

Congrats on joining the KK community. If you're like me, you'll find it a super versatile vehicle that is refined enough for use as a daily driver or hauling kids, with the fold-flat rear seat, can haul a lot of cargo "stuff" and then if you like off-pavement adventure, can be quite a capable off-road rig.

As for information, the best places are on-line forums like this one. I've found there are really only 3 major on-line US forums with dedicated and active KK communites:
  1. This one: KK Liberty Forum - JeepForum.com
  2. LOST: LOST JEEPS - KK Discussions-WELCOME 2008+ Jeep Liberty Models (Jeepforum.com requires you to click the small text ">> Click Here to Proceed to Destination Link <<" to continue off Jeepforum.com)
  3. Jeep KJ Country: KK General Discussion - Jeep Liberty Forum - JeepKJ Country (Jeepforum.com requires you to click the small text ">> Click Here to Proceed to Destination Link <<" to continue off Jeepforum.com)

And for a little something different, you can also see what the Austrailians are doing with their KKs at KK Cherokee - AUSJEEPOFFROAD.COM (Jeepforum.com requires you to click the small text ">> Click Here to Proceed to Destination Link <<" to continue off Jeepforum.com).

Hope this helps. Anytime you're looking for info, first try using the "search" feature on the board or forum you're visiting and then if you don't find something, then just create a post. You'll find pretty friendly people on these Jeep forums.
