jeep liberty brake upgrade idea?

Im sure this was talked about before but when doing a search for front brake rotors for my wifes 08 KK, I see 2 sizes usually. One is something like 11.9 and the other is 13.07 or so

I was told that jeeps only came with the 11.9 size, Im just curious if anyone has ever upgraded to the 13.07 from the nitro or what it would entail?

You'd need the brake calipers, caliper mounts, and possibly the Nitro's knuckle's to make work. Then your stuck using 17" rims only as smaller rims will not clear the calipers.
