Did your KK come with fog lights? If not, you'll need a new stem and wiring harness and have to have the dealership activate them. Otherwise, no problems

Headlights would be the biggest expense. I think it's around $300 or so for the headlights with wiring. The stem is about $70, I think, with auto headlights. Not sure about dealer. Check out justforjeeps.com for some prices. Definitely shop around for better though.

I believe he was just asking about the headlight housings right? I've seen just the housings for around 400 total. I wouldn't think there would be anything else that would need to be changed.

There's also a nearly free option: http://www.lostjeeps.com/forum/phpBB...ic.php?t=55424
It might be a little risky, but you can always try this mod first and buy new headlights if you screw it up.

There is another cheaper option as well. If you search for Jeep Cherokee headlight covers on eBay. There is a seller from Greece that has them and quite a few members here have purchased them and love them, myself included.
This is what you get...

Bingo.

I have them and like the way they look. Good (inexpensive) way to start.
