jeep cab visor

does anyone know of a site where I might be able to purchase a sun visor that attaches to the front of the roof of the jeep? I really like the added style it gives to most trucks...think it would look great on my kk... thanks

He's talking about something like this:

I think I remember seeing one on an XJ a long time ago. I have yet to find anyone that makes them for the KK.

2008 KK sport 4x4
1998 XJ sport 4x4 (sold)

I have had those of a few trucks....they sure do reduce the MPG in quick fashion!!!!

Indeed.

If you want to add more "shade" effect in your cab, you would be better served to simply add a darker tinting strip along the upper edge of the windshield.

Of course, if you are just going for style, then OK. Just don't be too upset when you are getting under 15mpg on a regular basis.

Not to mention the rust and leaks caused by drilling holes in your roof...

jsburton84 you're spot on... that's exactly what I was talking about. The only reason I thought of it was based on seeing it on a nitro...It looked super sick and I loved it. looked like some one did it themselves tho..I didn't even consider it effecting mpg...but now that you mention it, it does make sense. thanks for the thought guys..dakota
