2010 KK - Bought 2/1/10 - 9950 miles on it. T-stat had to be replaced due to it sticking open, no big deal. Had to have a wiring harness replaced also, due to a nice critter deciding to use it as a chew toy. lol

UPDATE:

32000 miles now. Was recently in the body shop for a chewed up tunnel pad by a critter, go figure. Seat belt buckle just needed lube. Finally got the flipper glass leak FIXED FOR GOOD. Radio clock still losing time but oh well... still enjoying my Jeep.

2008 KK Limited with 15,000 miles. Purchased December 2008. Coming up on 3 year anniversary in less than two months. Wonder if anyone has a 2008 KK with as few miles as mine!

The ONLY problem I've had with it in the 3 years since I bought it was a tiny amount of water damage to the ceiling liner in the top left pillar near the driver's head. No water has ever leaked through, but there's a tiny spot about 2" long that shows water leaked in inbetween the roof and the liner. Don't want to take it in to get it fixed though because water has never leaked through so it's only a cosmetic issue and because they'd have to rip the entire ceiling off in order to fix it, which is more trouble than the problem itself is.

Just hit 5k and still no issues. Gas mileage has improved a bit as well; I averaged 18.2 mpg in mixed driving on my last tank, not bad for winter gas and single digit temps.

6,974 miles. Bought in July '11. Wife drives it to work in and out of downtown K.C. through the week - about 22 highway miles each way. Once or twice a week we try and swapout with the WK. Since I work every third day whatever rig I'm in doesn't rack up miles. Either way, we both love driving our Jeeps!

5,500 miles on '11 Limited. Scratches from cat on hood and roof. Looking for home for a feline that might not make it! No issues. Wish Jeep would take the time to read our posts. I feel confident that most love their Liberty and dread the Fiat switch. If they'd just swap out the engine and tranny, I'd never leave my Jeep!

Why do that? It's beautiful out here!!! Granted is really cold right now but still XD

I'm around 36,700 miles with my '08. I highly recommend getting the Mobil 1 oil filter and synthetic oil in the Liberty. Best decision I've made.

I have a 2008 Jeep Liberty and have 231,000 highway miles on it. I would have more miles on it except that I have been waiting months for a part called a TIPM. I need the TIPM because the lights on my jeep will not work at nightime and sometimes flash on an off during the daytime. Other than this problem my jeep has been perfect.
Does anybody have any suggestions on finding a TIPM? My dealership says the are back ordered, but I am beginning to lose hope.

Deb-

A lot of orders have filled. PM me the dealer and the name it was ordered under and I can look into it. Or, you could call the dealer and see what's up. If you do that, get your order number.

Thank you JeepCares,

I called the dealership and they said that they do not know the order number. However, they did say that the part has a delivery date to them of the 30th. Lordy I hope so. I first took my Jeep to be fixed on November 16...except they diagnosed "head light switch inoperative and they replaced a "bad multi function switch". However, a few days later when I drove at night my lights were out again. I took it back to dealership and they said it is the TIPM....and I have been waiting ever since for the part. I sure hope the TIPM fixes the problem.

Except for this problem...which has been a doozy.....my Jeep has been a true workhorse going over 230,000 miles without a single issue. My previous Cherokee was the same way.

50k on my 08 sport. Rear power inverter/outlet doesn't work, and TCM needs to be reflashed. Other than that nothing!
