I feel bad for you you can't even get 300. You must have an even worse driving route than me which is pretty poor.

Awesome. Was the whole trip highway miles? My best was done on 60 percent highway and the rest city. I still have never been a full tank on the highway. I would expect 22 mpg or slightly more.

Just had 220.....pure city and ac on with windows and top open. Normally I average around 260ish-320ish. Depends on what I'm doing, where I'm going and how hard I am on the skinny pedal.

I just ran a tank to 357 miles. That was going down to pretty dang low (which wasn't very smart) while coming home on a trip. I knew there was cheaper gas ahead and pushed my luck. That was 100 % highway and just shy of 20 mpg. Heavily loaded. That was 17.36 gallons to top off so I had just over 2 gallons left in tank. Average is to around 280 before I top off though. Strangely my mpg has went up as late. Paying attention to every detail using synthetic engine oil and mobile filter, tire air pressure dead on, just redone diff fluids.

Just made about a 900 mile non-minimalist camping trip with several people. The others drove their little cars while I hauled most of the gear. Had the back stuffed as full as possible part way up the windows and packed the area around the back floor with anything we could stuff in there. Also pulled a loaded 4x8 steel utility trailer with a couple canoes on top. Had to haul several jugs of water since we were just camping in the woods with no amenities. Had to keep the old timers comfortable. In other words we hauled a lot of crap with us. I don't know how much the load weighed, but the KK handled it beautifully. Used 10% ethonal gas. Mix of interstate, highway, small town driving. Filled several times and got between 16 and 18.5mpg. Calculated at the pump.

On a highway road trip I can normally get 360-370 on a full tank. For mixed driving to and from work normally 280-300 per tank

I set the cruise at 64 mph going to school 350 miles away (All Highway between 45-55 mph speed limit), the gas light would turn on when I got into town. Then I could normally get a couple days going to class.

With my Econometer, the MPGs are always pretty high right around 50 mph as long as you're in overdrive.
