How effective is the KK's Trailer Sway Control?

I'm thinking about towing a 6' x 12' U-Haul with my KK almost 1,500 miles next month and I'm a little concerned about it considering it's such a big trailer, a significant distance, and I've never towed anything before in my life. I'm wondering how effective the KK's TSC is. Has anyone had the opportunity to experience it in real life yet? What are the chances that I'll encounter trailer sway to being with?

Any feedback is much appreciated! Thanks in advance.

A trailer that small shouldn't be an issue. I used to tow a 19' boat with my XJ Cherokee and then again with my WJ Grand Cherokee with no problems. That trailer had an overall length of about 25ft. You should be fine. Just don't overload it.

And make sure you have slightly more weight in the front half of the trailer than the back half. Don't be one of those idiots driving down the road with the rear end of their vehicle swingin' back n forth in the aiir cuz the trailer is lifting up on the back of the vehicle.....

Excellent advice indeed KDOG2008. To add one more thing to that, watch your stopping distances expecially on wet pavement. Plan ahead and don't burn up your brakes. Emergency maneuvers won't end well.
