How do you fix the mesh net on sky slider?

On the sky slider roof there is a mesh net that is supposed to go up when the roof is open to cancel out wind noise and possibly prevent it whipping people in the rear seats.

I noticed mine does not go up automatically, anyone know a fix for it?

This should fix it if your Liberty was built before September 27, 2008. Hell if it is newer I will still show them the issue and bring in a print out of this service bulletin.

Yeah it is lol.

Not gonna lie, it is quieter with it down though. I pushed it down while driving once and the truck got quieter, just seemed to have a little more buffeting(all 4 windows were open too).
