hood adjustment?

On my new to me, 2008 Liberty...when Im traveling highway speeds I sometimes notice the hood moving a bit. After checking it out, it seems the hood is latched correctly, just not tight enough....you can move the hood up and down, but just very slightly. Any idea's on how to adjust this?

On the front of the Jeep, above the grille, are two round black rubber thingies (for lack of a better term) that cushion the hood when it closes. You can adjust their height by turning them. I would try increasing their height a bit so that when the hood closes it is more snug. This would probably be easier than trying to adjust the hood latching mechanism.
