Help with Sound

Ok so hears the deal. I have a sound I can only hear while driving in quiet conditions out side of the drivers window. Now for the sound description:

Its more of a tink.tinktink..tink. tinktinktink (random pattern but pretty constant tinking.) "Picture" the sound a roulette ball makes as it bounces over the number but softer and more metal sounding. Could also sound like a little twig laying on the large metal engine fan.

I have had all the breaks checked and there was nothing in the tires or breaks that appeared to be rubbing. I just changed all fluids minus the trans and I still hear it.

Its driving me crazy. Anyone ever hear bearings sound like that???? I'm stuck.

Turn the radio on maybe? If it is that quite I doubt anyone else has heard such a noise. Could be suspension cycling if it is as random as you say it is.

Maybe obvious, but a stone or nail in the tire that contacts the pavement every rotation? Or maybe a baseball card in the spokes

Definitely check the wheels for stones first, then turn the volume up.

Do you have a license plate frame? Mine does the same thing. Tape it down and see if that fixes it.

no stones or anything. Its not the license plate. but its still driving my crazy. Everything I have read online that sound similar ended up being bearings or cv joints. I guess I'm going to have the dealership look into it. I report back if they find anything.
