I was going to use the jba bump stops but as of now I'm with stock bumps.

The jba ones you have to drill .... I may use hockey pucks but I'd like to keep them more permanent.

You still have to drill. You'll need to keep your stock bumps too.

Why does the OME lift need bigger rear bump stops but the JBA 2.5 doesn't?

I didn't. When the spring is off you'll have fairly clear access to the spring perch. I used the JBA bumps but I cut them to the proper length. I also messed up a little on the screw size, my socket didn't fit the hole in the center of the bumps, oops.

What a bummer I can't remove my damn springs again I should though so I don't over stretch things.

What are your evil plans now with removing the springs?

They (JBA) said no need. I assume it's because the shocks have enough travel and the springs won't bind, just wondering what is the limiting factor with OME.

I've buried my rear axle and tire into the fender but never caused damage so maybe it's not a mandatory decision?
