Musclez - when you measure your lift at the fender wells do it from the center of your hub to the fender well. It will give a more accurate read of your lift and not be effected by the tire size. It looks like you increased your ground to rails clearance pretty significantly - did you take before measurements?

HERE WE GO

Update just ordered OME Springs to replace the daystar garbage

Bilstein Shocks Front
Bilstein Shocks Rear
3 conduits clevis lift per side up front
1/4 top plate
JeepinByAl Rear Bump Stops Rear Bump Stop 4"
Tera flex bump stops up front
OME 2948 Rear
OME 2927 Front

hopefully will give a bigger lift than current setup/

The shocks are not upside down they are designed this way on purpose, if you look at other high end shocks most of them mount with the shock body on top.
