Yeah, those are the part numbers. I would google search the numbers in case they are available cheaper on ebay or someone just giving them away. Also, the search will bring up parts diagrams that show you how the parts look and attach.
I only found a part number for the passenger side loop but some parts fiches show both sides. They would have to be a left and a right same as the hooks.

The KK hooks are the same and come in pairs. Unfortunately they also come with "M" bolts.

there is a part number on this forum or the lost forum for the back plates, i think they are like $30 for the pair

Your best bet is to go on Ebay and buy a used set of the KJ tow hooks with stud plates.

I have the front recovery OEM tow hooks with all hardware for sale, $50 shipped if anyone wants them. They are like new and the hardware is a little oxidized but works perfect.
