Fog Light Bulbs

I got some silverstar ultras as a gift for the headlights, but I dont want to install them until I get matching fog lights. Are the regular H1o silverstars good enough to match with?

I highly suggest the brand Putco since they make a really nice yellow bulb for the fogs that work like a dream.
I got them from a local shop up the road.

I'm sure the fogs you mentioned will be good enough. You should ride in a car that has yellow fog lights. They cut right through fog.

I always drive with my dogs on cuz I feel like if I have em, flaunt em, but I don't wanna always ride with yellows. Maybe I'll make an exception

Ive been considering going with the yellows. How do they do in snow? i almost need the smallest amount of light to be able to see cause of the Starwars effect when i turn my fogs on, clearly highs are out of the question, but with the fogs on, it makes it even harder to see vs just having low beams on.

They work great. The yellow doesn't reflect back at you in the snow and fog like normal white light. That is why amber fogs have always been the best for bad weather.

People put in the blueish white bulbs because they think they look cool, but really don't work worth a darn...
(I personally like the way it looks with the smaller yellow light set against the white)... It's different.

This is where the yellow is the best. Makes you be able to see everything coming when it's snowing. Can't tell ya how much it helps me out.

I don't think you'll be disappointed. If I remember correctly I got them pretty cheap, too. I believe they were $30 or so which was cheaper than the headlight bulbs.
I feel bad for KK owners that don't have the fogs.

Me too, I love my fogs. So dark up here in the mountains at night.

I've never seen (I'm sure they're out there) a car manufacturer make a vehicle with and without fogs that has pretty much identical housings for the lights.
Once again, happy I don't have to waste money to get factory fogs. They work really well.
