Is there anyway possible to get a 2011 steering wheel and make it work with my 2009 ???

I dont see why not. However I'm not sure how it works with the airbags. Used to change my wheels all the time (pre airbag). You probably just have to make sure you get the wheel that works with your vehicle options. Though I can be completely wrong and in that event I'm sure someone else will chime in.

From what I saw recently about a JK owner wanting the new wheel you have to get an 11+ JK or KK steering wheel. Both airbags should be the same. It's the grand cherokee that is different. I think the owner said he had to modify the wires for the horn to work, and the steering controls wouldn't work because they need to have the cpu flashed by a dealer, and a dealer couldn't flash it with software from a different year.

I'll see if I can find the link. I was only looking at it because I was thinking about buying my cousin's JKU, but wanted the newer interior and wasn't sure if it was possible to retrofit everything.

Found it! It's for a JK, so take it all with a grain of salt. I just can't see it being different to go the other way.
