Biggest tire without lift?

What is the largest "aggresive"tire you can squeeze without a lift?

What size rim? I had 255/65R17 on stock suspension. Not recommended on sagging suspension tho

I did the 235/75/16 and really liked the look ride and feel. I would have liked the looks even more if I had the inner guts to go with the 245 version. But I had read too many post of rubbing or the need to hammer pinch welds if the suspension were to begin to sag, or turn the wheels full on. I had also read a few post where the Jeep computer would have problems allowing for the increased diameter and cause the traction control to apply.

(see I am still hanging around in the non-jeep shadow)

And we are bot complaining. Lol. I was looking into those sizes but i do not think that the tire i want comes in those sizes. Think i am gonna have to stay stock size and replace the tires this month then do my lift later in the year. Just have to hope the OME lift won't look silly with stock sized tires. Hopefully the aggressive tire will offset the look. I dont think the 245/75R16 is really that much larger than stock anyway.

Quite a bit really when you get one mounted up
I've seen people try to mount them stock, but to me wouldn't be worth it since you don't have any flex room at all
I guess stay on main roads and only go to the Mall you'd maybe be fine if the suspension was newer but

I guess.....lol. I just hope that the aggressiveness of the fierce attitude even in the 225/75r16 wont look ridiculous with the little bit of lift the OME is going to give.

Then im gonna have to just upgrade the tires. Lol. Im sure that i can find a buyer on the tires once they are off this way i can recoup some losses.

Little bit of lift? Should get about 2.5-2.75 inches of lift from the OME with just springs/shocks alone.

Im sorry....perhaps that is substantial, i just look as it being a baseline lift considering the heights you can obtain depending in the money your willing to spend. I consider the OME to be more of an upgraded suspension that happens to give a bit of a lift more than a lift kit!

I remember back "in the beginning" when everyone was saying you couldn't go more than 2.25-2.5 inches without major issues. So 2.5 was a great lift, mine started out that way. Some of us have pushed the envelope to where we have 4 and 6 inch kits now.

Exactly. Hence OME is a "lil bit" of lift to me.

I did lift first (JBA2.5 silver) and don't think the stock 235/70/16 tires look bad.

Check JeepinByAl
OME full kits or you can mix and match with Bilstein shocks etc
Several options on his site
