X2 on selling the wheels.

Your going to need at least 8" of lift to just be able to turn your steering wheel with no rub.

The min tire width I'd go for a 10" wide rim is a 13.50 wide tire through 16.50" wide tires.

wouldnt i be fine with small beefy tire. like a 30 inch, 31 inch. I just got my summer wheels set up and they are 8.5 inchs wide with no rub, i think thats like 275 width. Im not looking to put like 35 inch tires on my lib.

would these wheels work with a 29/10.50/15L?

I think they are telling you that the rims are too wide, and being a bit smaller than stock rims they will cause you more issues as the camber of the tire won't change with up/down wheel movement like it would on a vehicle with solid axles. Not to mention the lack of turning ability since the inner portion of the wheel would make contact with your suspention components. The rear should be ok, but the fronts, not so much.
Do I have that mostly right guys?

If its the same offset inside the wheel shouldnt it be ok? its only going to be sticking out of the side, form the axle the wheel is the same difference out and the same rolling diameter its just wider....

It might be the same offset, but with less inner diameter there is less room for suspension travel due to the upper control arms needing a certain amount of travel to do whet they were designed to do. The stock rims are 16-18", depending on trim. Are you saying that the rim would be further inside the wheel well, or stick out from the fender flare further than stock?

further than the flair. thats what my local off raoding shop told me. I was going back on post and i saw that someone was having trouble with 15s, that they wouldnt fit over the calipers. Do you think this will be an issue, i didnt even think about it when i bought them.

Some wheels are a different 15" size, however that is accomplished, and some Lib owners have no issue clearing their calipers while other company's wheels won't clear them. Not sure how you can have a different measurement of 15", but it appears to be so. Do a test-fit and see what you come up with. See where your suspension sits with the wheels on, and see how close everything else is.
