Here is another two. What bothers me is how much room I have on top of tire to the frame and the back of tire in the front. Any suggestions? Thats why I'm thinking 265

That extra room is for your suspension to be able to flex. Also, 265 is the width, not the height.

Jack up one of your front wheels from the LCA until you hit full travel and see how much room is still there

Going by what you see in the pic you dont think I can rock 265/70/16 It just seems like a lot more room than I wanted rims and tires seem small. I mean I see other kk with lifts and it seems more filled in.

Nice KK, looks like the 8" wheels with 5" backspacing puts em to the edge of the flares like 7" wheels with 4" of backspacing.
