Adding mp3 files to media storage, help

I got an Arctic edition and can't get all of my mp3 files to load onto the stereo. I used my phone with a usb cord to do it, and I have a music folder on my phone that contains folders of albums and some music not in folders. The music not in folders will save into the stereo, but when I try to add the folders it says files not recognized. I tried loading a usb stick with the folders (containing the music files), but when I plug it in nothing even happens. Anyone have any advice? I could try taking the music out of the folders on my phone but I have like 7 GB of music so it will probably take hours.

I have transferred folders of music onto mine a few times now without problems. Have loaded them off my PC onto a USB stick and inserted that into the stereo.
I suspect your phone has added files to the folders and the stereo can't recognise these, then won't read any further.

Ya, I ended up finding a way to display them on my computer as a list of songs and then copied them to my phone like that. Then I copied them to the stereo. Took quite a while to finish the whole process but it seems to have worked.
