Accident...

Just got in an accident on the way to the range with friends. When this old man decided to veer off into the left hand lane and braking (looked like he was aiming for the mailbox on that side the street) and then sharp turn into the driveway and I have to slam on the brakes and tried to turn with him to avoid hitting him. Hit him anyways (thank God I had finished the bumper haha) and here's the pictures:

Looks like my lower control arm moved in an 1/8":

looks fixable.. good thing it wasn't worse and no one got hurt..

Please tell me the police didn't give you some "clear assured distance" load of bull.....

From the point of impact in the pictures he did literally cut right into your path..

From what the locals say, everyone KNOWS him and his driving...USAA and says it should be his fault so no deductible! But I should get a new fender and rim...meaning matching spare rim!
