3rd Row Custom Install

I am new here...Anyone ever installed a 3rd row seat? I saw on the Wrangler forum where they had an purchased the seats from Little Passenger Seats - your source for custom SUV third row seating. They do not specify the liberty but on edmunds the 2008 liberty and cherokee specs seem pretty close. Any advice?

First Welcome to Jeep Forum.

Ive never seen this, but the Cargo area floor is up a lot higher than the backseat so i would assume that the 3rd row seating would have the passengers heads in the ceiling and you probably wouldn't be able to see out the back window

3rd row

That is a bummer...I have three kiddos and was trying to see if I could make something work like that for them in the back. We take the Liberty out 4 wheeling and I was trying to come up with a way to do that...

Well minus the driver there are 4 other seats . Besides even if you did get a 3rd seat working, i doubt it would be legal and i doubt it would be very safe.

Yes, it is just a tight fit with booster seats and car seats. We have a 4 yr, 2 yr and 5 month old.

I got the dimensions for the wrangler 36" wide x 17" high x 14" deep. They also sell a side mount individual seat for the 2007 liberty. Not sure with the new body style if it would work or not for an individual seat back there.
