My Jeep came with an owners manual CD. What I'm looking for is a service or repair manual. Here's the one from Mopar Tech Authority II. I think this is for a 2011 Jeep Liberty, but in the description says Chrysler group vehicle. Also is says it does not have traditional wiring diagrams, but it has wiring info pertaining to diagnostic trouble codes. I'm not sure what this is supposed to mean. Anyone have experience with this CD manual?

So it is specific to the 2011 KK? Do you have one of these manuals or have you seen one? I'm curious to know what they mean when they say it does not have traditional wiring diagrams. Jeeps aren't known to have bullet proof wiring. lol Diagrams would be quite helpful.

I have electronic access through Chrysler. I have not seen exactly how the CD is set up.

If you have this trouble code:
B2102-IGNITION RUN/START INPUT CIRCUIT HIGH

You would just see the wiring pertinent to this particular trouble code - see example below

What's the latest news on service manuals? Is it still just the 2008 service manual that is available? I still need to get a full and complete service manual for my 2011. My warranty is up soon. I'll be fixing it myself now.

Just found out Haynes has a printed repair manual for 2002-2012 for $27. That's good news. It will at least get me started. Now to find a factory service manual.

Ordered and received the Haynes shop manual.Happy to have it but a lot of stuff is 2002-2007, a lot less from 2008 up.Wiring is mostly 2002-2007 and a lot of pictures show 2002-2007 models even if for that repair the KK is different.

Well that blows. I guess it's still worth $27 even if it's not all that specific.

I was a bit disapointed also but if it sames me 20 minutes of repairs at the dealership at one point it will pay for itself

Go out there and search on Lost for the 08 service manual. Just about everything stayed the same from 08 to 12. Some minor components changed, but they still come apart and go together the same.

I was able to get my hands on the 2008 manual, and it seems good for the price paid.

I can't just give it out, but with some patience and a little communication, I am sure you can do the same thing I did.

I'd buy a 2008 manual if that's what I have to do. Eventually they will come out with a year specific manual, or am I just dreaming?

https://sellfy.com/p/A8Sg/ try this one... I got it and it has a lot of good information, however, its a huge pdf file and it doesnt have any index content so you have to use Ctrl + F to find what you are looking for. But for $25 its the best i've seen.
