2011 with 29K (brakes)

Dealer says I need new pads and rotors on the rear. Is this common?

Very common for pads at least.

Most KKs tend to go through rear brakes because of the ESP. Rwd spins the back wheels, ESP kicks in using the brakes to stop wheelspin/control slides. And there you go rear brakes eaten up fairly quickly.

I just changed my pads. They rear pads were done and the fronts probably had 30% left. I have 31k on the ticker.

Same here. Was told the rears needed replacing when I put the new tires on around 32K.

I didn't put pads in until 58K, If I hadn't already purchased new parts I would have put another 20k on them. So look at them yourself.

I'm still rolling on factory front pads at 82k. They need to be replaced soon, I'd guess within the next 10k miles.

The rears need replacing for the 2nd time now. Can't remember when I did it the last time.
