2009 Jeep Liberty Instrument Panel Problems

Hello All,
First post here... couldn't locate anything similar to my problem, so hope someone can help. My wife has a 2009 Liberty and yesterday when getting into the car, she noted the area on the instrument panel that displays the compass and mileage was not on... I proceeded to do some testing, and I checked the fuse box, primarily location M20, but looked at quite a few others, and can't seem to locate a faulty fuse. The gauges lights work and the gauges function. Everything seems to work normally as far as head lights, fog lights, emergency break, etc, but the cluster won't reflect any of that.
Now I don't have a dealer to bring it to, because I live overseas, and it appears the 09 doesn't have any type of user manual published, so I am really looking for some help.
Anyone had this problem, or have any ideas?
Thanks!!!!

Disconnect battery for a few minutes-it may reset itself-might seem silly but sometimes works.........fingers crossed

Blacked out headlights,Mopar hitch,255/70/16 AT2s,racks for the yaks-missing front air dam since a wild ride in Wyoming in 2010

I had the same issue with my 2009 Liberty about 15000 miles ago (it has 160k on it now). Turns out, it was the instrument cluster that went bad. I had to take it to the dealership to get a new one installed, no problems since then. It was an expensive fix.

I have a 2009 Jeep Liberty that's having the same exact issues dealership told me it's the instrument cluster but no one can find it unfortunately I just purchased this car not even four months ago. I've been make a payment from something that's been in the shop for over 30 days. The car still runs fine it just no turn signals and none of the gauges are working. I had the dealership call the place I have the loan with to explain to them the situation and hope so let me trade in. I love my car wish I could get this fixed I'm heartbroken

Hi Jeeptalk01,

Sorry to hear about this! Did you get any additional updates from your dealership today?

Had this happen to me but the company I bought it from noticed it before I picked it up and had a jeep dealer fix it. Don't know what they did but it's working. What about a junkyard?

Thank you for your responses. I'm picking it up from the local repair faculty. And dropping it off at the dealership today. Even though when I called the dealership and ask for the part they told me they would have to do some investigation but never called me back, my warranty place called asking me to drop it off there because the Jeep dealership said they could send it off to a third party. I'll keep you posted on the outcome. Thankfully my warranty is going to cover this second diagnostic.
The issues I'm having are:
My windshield wipers will not turn off.
Christmas light dashboard
Where my mileage was now reads no bus
None of my gauges are working
No turn signals. ( when I'm using my key to lock and unlock lights respond then)
My radio is not working
my horn is not working( again when I'm using my key to lock up the car the horn then)
I've also put in a new tipm already.
Today is also Friday so I don't expect any news until Monday or Tuesday but I'll keep you guys posted.
