I have the CD as well but I have problems getting it to run correctly. How do you open and run the manual on CD?

Great. What do you have? Mine uses the SVG viewer with windows Vista. I have windows 7. Downloaded a program on the website to view it.... Works now.

Yeah that's the problem I'm having now can't get it to load more than one screen. What program did you download off the web?

It was not loading the chapters and the pictures. I downloaded the svg program. If you bought it from eBay, return it

Nope. Owner's manuals are free PDFs but service manuals are still not available for my 2011 Liberty.

I have similar issue, I am running Windows 7 64 bit, I have reverted Internet Explorer back to Internet Explorer 8. I have installed SVG as well. I still can not open the dame CD. It would each open any of the file on CD. Google Chorme will only open default and index .htm files. Any further down the tree will be just blank file. Help please. This CD is from Tech Authority.

I couldn't get the cd to work on my Mac. I wish they'd just do it in a PDF and be done with it
