17 to 16 inch tires

I have a chance to buy 4 use snow tires with rims for $200 but they are 225 75 16 and the ones on there now are 235 65 17. Does anyone know if the circumference is the same or if there is any problem with changing the size on 2012 liberty. thanks

225/75-16s are a stock tire. You'll be fine.
