08 sky slider problems help!!!!

Wife has an '08 liberty with the sky slider and we have had a few questions about it and maybe be some problems. first is the wind noise coming from the right hand side and not the left. it becomes louder as you go faster. any suggestions? also my wife noticed that after closing the sunroof that the side "opens" by its self just a little on the side. is there a way to calibrate and fix this? and last thing is it better to buy screws and drill to hold the adhesive part of sky slider because with the heat it comes undone and i see theres missing screws on left and right. it just flops open and have to slide finger across to seal it again.
