Vibrations in 3rd gear, I have SYE

I did a quick search on this and could only find threads about lifts WITHOUT a SYE. I have a 3.5" lift and a SYE and have, over the past month, been getting vibrations just at the 1700-1900 RPM mark in 3rd gear only. If I accelerate quickly, I can barely feel it, but if I linger in that RPM range in 3rd, there is a good rattle. Any ideas as to what might be causing that? If anyone needs more info, I will be glad to provide it. Thanks in advance.
