Jeep Information

I have a 2003 Jeep TJ RME with Dana 30/35's at 3.07 now I would like to put a lift and tires on it however I need to have separate winter tires as I love in Alberta. Now I'm thinking I should have both sets of tires somewhat close in size so that they don't look off during either season. And from what iv researched the biggest winter tire I can find is a 31 so I'm thinking a 32 summer tire. What would you recommend for a lift and tires? Also will be 97% DD and the rest mild off-road and mud.
