Jeep wrangler TJ 2002 (help)

I have the frame 2 inches ,driver to passenger (new 4 inches lift kit) now my axle is 2-3 inches toward the passenger side, is my first jeep and i need help or any ideas.

The front axle is not centered? You should have a relocation bracket for the track bar.
