Just got my 2004 Wrangler and I want to put fog lights on the front. I've noticed an electrical connector behind the grill that looks like it goes to the headlamps. Can I use this to power the fog lights or can anybody tell me what it is?

The fog light wiring is (should be) behind the fenders below the front marker lamps if there is no wiring for them you should run new wires for them to avoid over loading the factory wiring and causing damage to the system. Some light kits come with relays and wire to install the lights.
